Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR)
The 3Si Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) program provides the opportunity for entrepreneurs to spend some time with startups across a variety of industries. The EiR provide business consulting, networking, mentoring and coaching to our to our portfolio companies. Typically, these services will be provided without charge to our incubates
Executive-in-Residence (XiR)
The XIR will work to find, mentor and evaluate startup companies that could benefit from 3Si’s programs. The ideal Executive-in-Residence will have extensive expertise and experience in entrepreneurial management with an emphasis on R&D, product development, fundraising, marketing or general management.
Business Growth Strategist
The Business Growth Strategist In Residence contributes to our success by promoting our consulting services to C-level decision makers in our target market and securing business opportunities for 3Si.
