Strategic Action Plan - The Strategic Action Plan is designed to specifically identify for companies their critical success factors and long- and short-term strategic action plans required to succeed. Clients will work cooperatively with the 3Si Management Team to build a framework on which to guide the growth and development of the business and outline the metrics on which to gauge the progress of the client in the 3Si business incubation program.

Business Plan Development - A credible business plan has been proven to be a major factor in the success of small start-up companies. The eFactory staff will assist clients in developing a professional and realistic plan for the purpose of raising capital and guiding the company.

Coaching - One of the key factors toward enabling entrepreneurial success is regular meetings with the 3Si staff to review current business status and address issues before they become a detriment to the company. Coaching allows clients to creatively develop proactive methods for solving problems and increasing business success.

Direct Consulting Services - As clients carry out activities within its Strategic Action Plan, the 3Si staff will be available to assist. Clients will be provided one-on-one consulting that is comprehensive and individualized to meet its specific needs in areas such as: financial analysis, marketing, accounting, human resources, business acquisition, loan packaging, sales, international trade and export, cost control, inventory control, management and operations.

Professional Services - Clients will be provided access to legal, accounting and other services and advice through 3Si’s Partner Provider Program™ . These providers are screened to insure a high level of value added support.  Some fees will apply.

Public Relations and Marketing - 3Si engages in ongoing public relations and marketing initiatives in an effort to create awareness and support for our incubation program.  In this regard, 3Si will include client achievements and progress in outreach materials.

Networking Opportunities - Our business incubation program places a strong emphasis on cultivating a cooperative and supportive entrepreneurial environment. In this regard, 3Si strives to provide networking opportunities for its client companies and the business community.
